About
Rishi Javeri
A project controls leader who turns the numbers of a major programme into decisions leadership can trust.
Over more than twenty years, I have led project controls across upwards of AED 27 billion of major programmes in the UAE, Oman and India — spanning aviation, rail, infrastructure, sports, hospitality and large-scale urban development. My work sits where cost, time, risk and commercial assurance meet: building the systems and standards that keep a programme honest, and translating what they reveal into decisions the board can act on.
Today I lead the integrated controls function on Modon's AED 11B+ Hudayriyat West Island Development within the EllisDon PMC, reporting to the Programme Director. Across my career the throughline has been the same: impose a clear standard, measure against it relentlessly, and surface exposure early enough to manage — whether that means lifting contractor schedule quality from a quarter to over four-fifths conformance through digital assurance, or the evidence-led work on the Riyadh City programme in Abu Dhabi, where a 291-day claim was assessed in detail to an approved 64-day determination.
