Framework
EOT Review Framework
A structured way to review an Extension of Time submission — so the assessment is disciplined, consistent and defensible, whichever side of it you are on.
- Contractual basis — valid mechanism; notices served in time.
- Baseline validity — delay measured against a sound, accepted baseline.
- Method — suited to timing and records, and applied consistently.
- Cause & effect — each event tied by evidence to a critical-path impact.
- Critical-path impact — the event drives completion, not merely float.
- Concurrency — true concurrency identified and addressed honestly.
- Mitigation — reasonable steps taken and reflected.
- Records — contemporaneous evidence, not reconstruction.
- Conclusion — entitlement stated with reasoning and the residual gap explained.
