That environment leaves no room for a loose schedule. As Lead Scheduler within the Jacobs team, I led phased planning and schedule assurance built around live-operations constraints, reporting delivery and interface risk to leadership.
The insight
In aviation, precision in the plan is a safety property, not just a controls one. The schedule is part of how operations stay protected.
