How I approach it
The work begins with a sound operating model: a clear structure, defined standards, and the systems to enforce them. From there it is relentless consistency — the same baseline discipline, the same progress measurement, the same reporting cadence, cycle after cycle — because consistency is what makes a programme’s numbers comparable and its claims defensible.
The proof is in the outcomes: contractor schedule quality lifted from around a quarter to over four-fifths conformance, and multi-hundred-day delay positions reduced to defensible figures on the evidence.
